• UBEST usually choose FedEx Express or DHL Express as the shipment, which gives customer door to door service quickly, safely and effectively.
• By the way FOB term is also available if customer requires.
• Our delivery time is usually around 2 weeks after order confirmed.

Package

We can provide several kinds of packages

• Skin packing
• Neutral packing or packing in bulk with pp bags.
• OEM packing according to customer requirement if needed.

Payment Term

• Payment: T/T, Western Union, PayPal
• Regarding the payment, 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery.

Sample Policy

• We can provide customers with free sample. However, customers shall be in charge of the shipping cost.
• We’ll send the sample to customers within one week after we receive the shipping payment for sample.
• We can send sample with customer’s order or we can send them by China Post, but the delivery time is around one month. We usually use FedEx or DHL for shipping sample and the delivery time shall be very fast.

Ordering Process

• We are providing customize manufacturer and whole sale. Therefore, customer orders will be need to be communicated by Emails for all the details. However, web based on line order form can’t achieve so for the time being. For your order, please make a list of those items you are interested with the product web link, your potential order quantity, your request on customization of the products and packing. Send email to us with all your request, our salesman will contact with you for your orders very soon.

Quality Guarantee

• Our price term is EXW (Out of Factory Warehouse) and many of our products are made per customer design for OEM service.
• For product quality issue, if it is proved our quality or design problem, we will compensate all or provide free repair.
• Usually, compensated items will be shipped with customer’s next order. No separate shipping, since separate shipping is very expensive.
• Unsatisfying products return for refund only after we receive your returned items in good unused condition and verified the return reason as you reported products can not be re-sold for your profit.
• If the problem happens due to end customer’s usage, we still support spare part supply or product repair for basic cost. All shipping will be responsible by customers.
